Does Nestlé use renewable resources?

NAN Toddler FAQs

Yes, at Nestlé we aim to use renewable resources, without compromising on safety or quality. 66% of the plastic in NAN lids (excluding lid stickers), and 95% of the plastic in our NAN scoops comes from a renewable resource – sugar cane. Our factories are ISO 14001 certified, an internationally recognised guarantee of their environmental management standards. The factories where our NAN products are made source 100% renewable electricity. Globally, Nestlé’s approach to sustainability is wide-ranging, underpinned by commitments on climate action, sustainable sourcing of raw materials and support for farmers and suppliers to advance regenerative agriculture at scale.
