Rice and Pear Pudding
Ingredients
¼ cup (50g) short grain rice
300mL milk
1 small (180g) pear, peeled and grated

Rice and Pear Pudding
Place rice, milk and pear in a medium saucepan over high heat; bring to the boil; simmer, stirring often, for 12 minutes or until thick and creamy and rice is tender.
TIP: This is enough for 2 servings. When reheating the second serving, simply add a small amount of milk to loosen the rice and reheat, adding more milk if necessary. Keep refrigerated for 1 day.
