Ingredients
½ cup (50g) carrot, shredded
½ cup (50g) cauliflower, finely chopped
½ cup (50g) broccoli, finely chopped
2 eggs
½ cup CERELAC Oats & Wheat with Prune

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced for 5 min.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine.
- Pour mix into a lightly greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake for 15 min or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out mostly clean.
