Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Brown beef in batches; remove from pan, keep warm.
To the same pan, add bacon, onion, garlic and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
Blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk. Add to pan with remaining milk, tomato paste and beef; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with spaghetti.
