Ingredients
2 tsp oil
500g rump steak, cut into strips
2 rashers bacon, sliced and trimmed
1 medium (150g) onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup (70g) sliced button mushrooms
1 tbsp cornflour
375mL can light evaporated milk
2 tbsp tomato paste
200g spaghetti, cooked according to packet directions

Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Brown beef in batches; remove from pan, keep warm.
- To the same pan, add bacon, onion, garlic and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
- Blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk. Add to pan with remaining milk, tomato paste and beef; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with spaghetti.
